Fund-raising concert in benefit of the recently devastated people of Cuzco. Guest artists include Manuelcha Prado, Walter Humala, Saywa Margot Palomino, Yolanda Pinares, Sila Illanes, Norka Monzoni, Gina Mattos, Zenia Silvera, Yesenia Alanya, Antonio Flores, Federico García, María Consilla, Duo Los Heraldos Negros and Grupo Pachacamac. This artistic festival has been organized by Congresswoman, Hilaria Supa.
Written and directed by Cristian Lévano, Francisco is a play based on contradictions, that tries to find a reasonable explanation for chaos and combines illusion and reality. There are four characters, or five, maybe six, locked up in a mental hospital or the streets, or in jail... But it does not matter where they are, or how many of them you see - they all blame Francisco for their misfortune. The plot focuses on Pamela and her quest for an absolute answer which she is convinced she will find in Francisco, a former lover (she claims).
ICPNA invites you to the prize-giving ceremony of Salón Nacional de Grabado, an art contest that takes place every year and promotes engraving as a form of artistic expression. This year's winner is José Antonio Núñez Landa, with his works "Outsider I, II and III," which allude to the unknown people who compete in today's world, but have little possibilities of winning. All winner works will be exhibited at the ceremoy.

El Señor de Las Moscas (Lord of The Flies) is an allegorical novel that explores how man returns to a state of savageness without society. Published in 1954 by Nobel Prize-winning author, William Golding, it uses as an example a group of British schoolboys whose plane crashes on a deserted island, and who try to govern themselves, with fatal results. It was Golding's first novel.

Corriente Alterna presents the selected works of Jorge Cabieses, an exhibition that gathers the best of the artist's outstanding career. Cabieses has mostly worked with traditional images of Peru and the World, using a very particular technique that combines painting and serigraphy. He graduated from Corriente Alterna seven years ago, and earned the Gold Medal due to his spectacular talent and creativity.
Candyvore literally means to feel physical pleasure by eating candy or anything else containing sugar. In this exhibition, artist Abel Bentín explores the "dark side" of what may seem sweet, innocent food. Using a wide range of techniques, he focuses on traditional fairy tales for children and presents a story in which candy and sugar tempt children to devour everything sweet in sight, and then take over the place, becoming an absolute nightmare.
Los Pasos Perdidos (The Lost Footsteps) is a photography exhibition by artist Diego Lama, who has captured on film the elegant confrontation between power and culture in Peru. His work portrays a variety of inner spaces in Limenian palaces and casonas (usually restricted to the general public), such as the Palacio de Gobierno, Palacio de Justicia, Bolsa de Valores de Lima, Municipalidad de Lima and Estación de Desamparados. Lama's work has been published and exhibited in over 15 countries around the World, earning him several important prizes and international scholarships.
ICPNA invites you to Architecture of Memory, an exhibition by German artist Lothar Osterburg. His work consists of a variety of photoengravings, which gather scenes from daily life, superbly combined with his dreams of an ideal and romantic universe. Osterburg's technique is traditional, and immitates the photoengravings of the 19th and early 20th century.

Ventanas (Windows) is an exhibition by artist Mishelle Ramos de los Santos, where she works with window frames from historical and traditional houses of Barranco, casonas, which have been demolished or destroyed. This will be the artist's 13th individual exhibition. Opening ceremony: Thursday, March 4, 8 p.m.
As part of the cultural programme for the Brazilian Week in Lima, an exhibition that gathers the most significant works of Pritzker Winner Architect, Oscar Niemeyer, has been organized. Niemeyer is internationally recognized for his influence in Modern Architecture, as well as for his participation in the construction of Brasilia. The architect has recently celebrated his 102nd birthday.
