Since 1989, ICPNA has organized what's considered as the most important dance festival in Lima. This year, the festival will count with the participation of recognized national and international artists and companies like the Tai Soon Burgues & Co (USA), Pachi Valle Riestra y Cuatro Costillas Flotantes (Peru), Ou-Topos (Costa Rica), Punto ciego (El Salvador) and The Londrina Ballet (Brazil). It's definitely something worth watching!
Arturo Chumbe, popular Peruvian coreographer, presents a dance performance with the participation of twenty dancers (some from the National Ballet) and singers Lesly Shay and Cynthia Moreno. The piece also includes Chayo Saldarriaga and the group “La Hija del Granjero” (The Farmer’s Daughter) as special performers. A fusion of jazz, ballet, hip-hop, tango and electronic music, “Bailando” (Dancing) brings alive different rhythms of the world and promises to be enjoyable for everyone.
