HR COORDINATOR FOR US COMPANY'S LIMA OFFICE
U.S. Company w/ administrative offices in Miraflores is seeking a native English speaking HR Coordinator. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for recruitment and basic training of our U.S. service staff.
Previous experience in HR is not required as we will provide ample training to any who is outgoing and competent.
You will only have to deal w/ applicants in the U.S. who would like to work for our firm, therefore native English is a must. Spanish is not necessary whatsoever.
Duties
• Post job classifieds
• Screen and qualify resumes
• Call applicants to describe job further
• Email them forms to get started (agreements, W9, procedures, etc.)
• Perform final interview and procedure orientation via webcam
• Maintaining updated records of our contractors and employees for our U.S. operations
Requirements
• Clear and perfect native English
• Friendly and outgoing
• Professional and responsible
• Multi tasking
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Location: MIRAFLORES
- Compensation: Base compensation: $500/month based on 48 hr. weeks. Additional hours are available. Fast growing company w/ lots of opportunity!
