Beautiful Miraflores apartment for short-term rental

This is a beautiful and brand new 2 floor furnished apartment (189 sqm, 2000 sq. ft.) located in the center of Miraflores, 2 blocks from "cuadras" six and seven of Pardo and one block from the Canadian Embassy. It has 2 bedrooms, an office, 4 bathrooms, a terrace and patio. The apartment is on the 7th and 8th floors (top floors of the building). The building has 24 hour security.

The apartment is located just 2 blocks from the gourmet supermarket Vivanda and there are numerous restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. Also, Parque Kennedy, the ocean and "parque de los enamorados" are all less than a ten minute walk away.

The terrace has a beautiful skyline view and also a beautiful view of the lighted fountain at Plaza Bolognesi.

The apartment is fully furnished, including an American washer, dryer and dishwashing machine. It also is stocked with plates, silverware, glasses and an assortment of cooking utensils.

There also is a 42 inch LCD television in the living room with Directv connected and a television in the master bedroom. The apartment has wireless internet and telephone service (incoming is free, limited outgoing calls -- although you can use calling cards to make additional calls).

The apartment is smoke and pet-free (although you may smoke on the terrace).Pricing:

$600 1 week;
$1,000 2 weeks;
$1,300 three weeks;
$1,600 one month.

All utilities are included for all rentals and there are no extra charges whatsoever (unless something is damaged). However, you are required to have the apartment cleaned by a maid or cleaning service at least once a week during your stay, at your cost. We will make arrangements with our cleaning service for you.
