Room for rent in cute flat in Barranco!

Hi everyone,
Karim and me (Nicolas) are a couple and we are looking for someone to share our apartment with. We have a very cute flat in Barranco and it is available from November 20^th onwards. Our place is quite new, totally furnished, fully equipped (microwave, kitchen, fridge, blender, toaster, Wi-Fi) and has a great terrace with a barbeque for "parrilladas", and of course, we keep it clean since it’s ours!

The apartment has 1 bedroom available with its closet, bed, a desk with a lamp and a window. Its bathroom is outside the room but is for your own personal use. We would be sharing the living room, the kitchen, the laundry space and the terrace.
Our place is a few blocks away from gourmet restaurants, bars and cafés (La 73, Dedalo, Juanito), laundry service, post office, stores, a supermarket and 10 minutes away from Miraflores and 4 blocks away from the sea!!
The cost is 270 $ a month, including all bills (local phone calls, Internet, electricity, water, building maintenance).
