COMPUTER TECH FOR U.S. COMPANY'S LIMA OFFICE

in Jobs / Analyst

We're seeking an individual with a background in computer/IT tech support to provide desktop and small network level support for our Miraflores Office and remote users.

Non Technical Requirements:

• Great interpersonal & communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Able to quickly learn new skills and adapt to new challenges
• Responsible: “no excuses” attitude

Primary duties:

• Provide IT/Computer Help Desk support for Miraflores office staff and their local network
• Support remote users using remote access software.

Technical Skills and Requirements:

Install, configure, and troubleshoot the following

• Windows 98, ME, 2000, XP, 2003, & Vista
• Office suite; Word, Excel, & Outlook, ect
• Email accounts using Outlook and Outlook Express
• TCP/IP
• Research solutions using savvy search engine techniques
• Routers, WAPs, Wireless, and other networking devices
• Antivirus programs: Symantec/Norton, McCafee, AVG, Panda, etc.
• Spyware/adware removal tools
• 3 years minimum full-time experience providing tech support
