From the airport I will always stop there, even before I get to my hotel.  I mean always.  The best anticuchos in generous portions with yellow potato, the best potato there is. Juicy corn and one of the best Aji sauces you'll find.  Great place to get your stomach introduce to Peruvian food and accomodate itself to the change without any sacrifice.  Restaurant is small, well service and quite fast.  Get the Chicha morada too.  Delivery service available, you just need to pay for the taxi, which is great when you are in your condo and do not want to move a finger.
