Excellent Japanese food. Elegant and in a perfect location in Miraflores. Their plater which has different things is DELICIOUS. I highly recommended this restaurant.

My wife and I had a great dinner there. It's hard to even recognize as a restaurant from Berlin street, no signs and all.
The food was yummy, altough sushi pieces in general are too big for my wife's mouth.
The only thing I find negative is that their 15 Soles Japanese beer comes in a can. I did get a glass to go with it though. Which leads me to another complaint. I find their menu doesn't explain in detail what you may be ordering. More text to each item would be much better.

The sushi was great! We had to wait to be seated, but once we were seated and ordered, our food arrived quickly.
Wolfy's comment about menu items is true... I have studied spanish but it is not my native language. As such, I had a difficult time trying to translate some of the names of fish and seafood. Fuller descriptions or pictures in the menu would help.

Edo Sushi Bar will not let you down. It has fusioned with peruvian cuisine too. There are a great variety of flavors. This is a great restaurant to know. There are now 2 more open en Lima.

I just ate here this past weekend and I loved it. It has a great atmosphere, great service, jazz playing softly and best of all, excellent sushi. I had some very basic salmon rolls with avacado and they were very well done. 13 soles for 5 rolls is really not expensive at all either. I highly recommend Edo over the overpriced sushi bar in Larco mar.

It was so nice of my girlfriend (Peruvian) to bring me here. I've had great sushi from all over, but this was something different. I loved it! Yeah...I'm a gringo, and I love sushi! I don't know about the strawberry sushi though. That sounds messy. You all should try this place!

Never been kind on Sushi, eventhough I love seafood. But this place blew my mind. A mixture of flavors that integrate Peruvian and Japanise cuisine at its highest level. Mexicans that like Japanise food so much will be taken apart by this place and be able to compare transitional flavors. Gringos will not stop ordering and getting anxious for the next order. Great service !!! I do recommend the one in Miraflores, because of the larger setting.

I agree with everyone who gives Edo's a thumbs-up. It has flavorful, fresh sushi, and the Miraflores location is always buzzing at lunchtime. This is my favorite weekday place to eat sushi in Lima.
Quality wise, the sushi at Osaka, in San Isidro's, in superior to that at Edo. (I'd give Edo 4 stars and Osaka 5); however, Osaka's prices are very high and the atmosphere is a bit formal.
Edo's is hip and relaxed, and the staff is attentive.

Edo is the BEST sushi restaurant i have ever been to and i live in Australia so we have all the Japanese and Chinese food right at our doorstep yet it does not compare to the fusion of flavours Edo serves. It´s amazing! Higly recommend it!
