I cahanges to Energym 3 months ago and bought a 6 month membership. When I asked for a tours I recieved a quick one not very in depth and I did not really see what I was going to get for my money.

When I went a day later for my first workout I really saw what I got for my money.... rusty old machines, old not gym quality cardio machines and a dirty shower room. I wasted my money by not asking enough questions and looking hard enough. Take my advice, when you want a gym membership ask for 1 free trial first before you commit.

On top of this the trainers are arragant and not friendly. I have given up on energym and gone back to my old gym which costs more but is clean, friendly, all brand new equipment and has better saunas and hot tubs. Sportlife is worth the extra 70 soles per month.

I agree with the previous comment. I was luckier in that I had only a 3 month membership. After 2 months I went to another gym because I had such a bad experience. In the US I payed $25 per month for a far superior gym. Do not waste your time or money at energym or golds gym for that matter(they use high pressure sales tactics).
