Hi,

I am an Australian who is married to a Peruvian and I have been to Peru twice in the past 4 years. I was very impressed with the Metro supermarkets and would definately say they are equal to if not better than most supermarkets I see in Australia. Especially the fruit and vegetables which were the freshest I had ever seen.

Prices might be good but because of that the quality of some products may be not, as well as the service (comparing to its brother Wong) and it's always crowded.

I'm peruvian and live in Puerto Rico, and travel to peru in the last October. Supermercado Metro is very useful to me and my houseband, is very clean adn we can found every food i want, ecen cebiche!!!. The people is a little rude sometimes, but the people in Peru is a little rude too, except maybe Supermercados Wong.
