I have just had a fantastic experience with my ELEVEN year old laptop. I brought this huge laptop over from the States, and when finally I had to use it for work, it was slower than slow, had no wireless internet (let alone a connection outlet for Speedy internet) and had very, very little memory. I called Jorge Macera and he fixed my laptop the same day I called him, doubled my memory, reformatted my laptop, gave me a wireless adapter, cleaned out all my old programs and installed new ones and even put a 10 year anti virus on my laptop for a very confortable price. I am now connected and so happy I didn't throw away my laptop when it died on me.

After weeks trying to get to the guy who usually does PC maintenance for us to come over, I finally decided to try out Jorge Macera instead. We had problems with our network after installing a fire-wall. Next day Jorge showed up and fixed the network in no time.

Very impressive!

Highly recommended.

And we got his Antivirus as well. Guess what! In spite of brand new PER ANTIVIRUS and running ADware regularily- he still found dozens of virus/Adware on all our 5 computers.

I bought a laptop from USA, but I hd to format a cause a virus trouble. But I didn't backed up the drivers, search internet? no way. I called Jorge for assistance, he had a very great drivers library and fixed up my laptop at a glance.

Great service! I called Jorge through a friend since my laptop was having some trouble with my version of Windows XP, and my wireless card was useless. He was kind enough to save a copy of all my information on a DVD (Go figure!) and restart my system from scratch. After that, he made sure I could go online wirelessly. Everything works fine now. It's even faster than when I just bought it, and he left some great programs, among which there's like the best antivirus ever.
In case of trouble with your computer, trust me, you wanna call this guy. He's a computer whiz!

I am Peruvian and I have "experienced" several unpleasent "accidents" with people who call themselves computer experts..the last one took my CPU home and erased everything without asking me!
Well, Jorge is just the opposite, he is very responsible and professional,friendly and polite.

I have been having major computer problems with my desktop ever since I got several worms and viruses, as well as a laptop whose hard drive crashed. Several computer experts have tried to work out the problems with the desktop, to no avail. I got Jorge's name from a friend who highly recommended him - he came to my home, reformatted my entire computer, installed all the programs I needed, and after almost a year of not being able to use this computer, I finally have a fast and reliable computer again. Jorge is a computer whiz! He is very quick to respond to a service call and has a professional work ethic. Jorge is the only one I let to take care of my PC. He is an excellent technician besides he is honest and trustful. If there is anything wrong, he will not cheat telling you it can`t be fixed or that you have to buy replacements. He will give you an entire and exaustive diagnosis and you can be sure that what he says is true and that after he fix the problem your equipment will be working better than ever.

Excellent work.  I had some issues with my laptop, viruses and just general performance.  Jorge did excellent work.  I would strongly recommend him to anyone with computer issues.  The price may be a bit higher than what larger tech help companies offer but it is well worth it.

Jorge fixed up my laptop completely in less than 24 hours! I now have a better version of Windows, my CD drive works perfectly again, and all 31 viruses (which I didn't know I had) are gone! He also gave me a 6 month warranty, and even know I live in Germany, he can help me with a special remote assistance system any time I have a laptop problem! The price is reasonable and the quality of the service is top!

After a freak Windows Vista failure, Jorge was able to save all my (not-backed-up) personal information and get my computer up and running again. Not the cheapest option out there, but I think its worth it to have someone reliable and trustworthy, especially if they're coming into your home (Jorge will make house calls). Also, he gives a 6-month guarantee, which really puts your mind at rest. Thanks, Jorge!

there is a difference between a high skilled guy and a professional service.

"being in Peru" is not a excuse anymore to justify this.
