This place must be the worst spa and salon in Lima.
I made an appointment with Hugo, who was supposed to be the salon's best colorist. I wanted highlights, and after dying my hair 3 TIMES, I got out of there with darker + damaged hair. Plus, when I complaint about the aweful results, they told me it was my fault!! because my hair was not "appropriate" for getting highlights. Also, instead of apologizing (I was literraly crying for my hair), the owner was so agressive and rude to me!! They told me this after being at the salon for 3.5 hours! The place is cramped, the stylist's calendar is so unorganized, everybody kept running around, complaining about the lack of time + space. Don't come to this place. You will regret it. I know I am (every time I look at the mirror at least). Oh did I mention, I had to pay for what they did to my hair? Yes, almost 400 soles!

I had a wonderful massage here: they have a lot of variety, including one with hot stones, which was the one I had. You should really try it!

I was surprised to read such an awful review for this place, since I went both to the salon and the spa and had wonderful services done. The hairdresser understood me perfectly, while the massage was just wonderful; I even feel asleep! On my way out, I met the owner, who happened to be attentive and friendly.

I have had mixed experiences with this salon. The beautician is fantastic - I have had a number of waxings with her and she is definitely worth seeing. My boyfriend had a massage here and he was quite happy with the service too. The massage area is really stunning, although it is more expensive than others we have tried.
It was interesting to read the negative post above regarding the hairdresser however - it is almost identical to my experience.
I went to the salon armed with 4 photos of how I wanted my hair - the cut and colour from 4 different angles so I was sure what I wanted wasn't lost in translation. I have light hair and have had all sorts done to it in the past so I am pretty aware of what my limits are and techniques for colouring and cutting. I wanted to have some strawberry blonde highlights, but I stipulated I didn't want to look "stripey". After 3 hours of messing around and the stylist working her way between me and 3 other clients, I had my hair washed out to find I had perfectly striped hair in alternating shades of yellow, brown and purple. The woman then tried to assure me this was what the photo looked like, and in my frustration I went around the salon asking others if my hair looked anything like the picture - the response was a resounding NO! I demanded something be done about it, and realising it would be simple, asked that they just stick to simple blonde highlights. After another 2 hours, I had bright yellow hair (with a nice blotch of brown on one side of my head), and was too frightened to ask for anything else for fear my hair would fall out. I had made it so clear I was appalled by their lack of professionalism and was promptly handed a S/.480 bill. Evidently I would not recommend this salon to anyone!

this is to the owners and managers of this spa......take better care of your clients. accidents happen and most customers are willing to accept some mistakes. your customer service scares away my business!

Had a facial today and they were not only highly professional but warm and welcoming. I have to say that i would definitely recommend it for that. On Saturday I'll go back for a Facial Hydration and will take my boyfriend for a facial aswell so he gets the great experience I had!
I understand everyone's good and bad experiences, however "Daria" .. evidently this is not the States ... this is PERU, a GREAT COUNTRY!
Therefore, making such a small minded and OBNOXIOUS comment is of no use no anyone interesed in reading these posts. Please be so kind and educate yourself a little more and realize there is no need to contribute with "pointless and useless" comments that all they do is offend people like me that come to these threads to get good and real feedback from these establishments!

Daria, your comment is kind of offensive, you should choose your words more carefully.

After a long taxi ride in the middle of rush hour, after a long day at work, I arrived at the Spa who told me that they were short staffed and would have to cancel my appointment. Boy was I pissed!! No apologies just a shrug of the shoulders and ´piña´! I will not be going there again but will find somewhere more organized and who know how to take care of their clients.

To Daria who said "What do you expect..it´s not the U.S., let me tell you that in the U.S. salons make these and many more mistakes...you are very wrong to go around thinking that evrything outside the U.S. is less. Very wrong indeed, you must be either really young or you must have never left your neighborhood. I highly recommend you to go around and see the real world.
