It's Javier, Sally's husband ! I can't believe I found a message written by you on the Internet. We have also been looking for references about you for years, but we have never been able to find your e-mail. I think it is almost 15 years (!!!) since we met for the last time in Saint Anne's in Lancashire.
By the way, The "Javier Ferreyros" you have tracked down is a Doctor who has the same name as me and we both live in Lima!!
