Dear Mike:

Did you have the location yet? Would you like to organize it on a house with looking to the beach or at a Club closer, cause you can have some alternatives, like the Waikiki Club close to the beach, the Costa Verde Restaurant (and maybe you can contract the decoration of the tent close to the beach and flowers) or you can organize it on a beautiful house in Barranco with the view of the sea, with a catering and tents, and beverages.
