Last month I had a serious incident with my car. I didn't know what to do. Then I remember all those commercials "Pacifico Asiste 415-1515". I thought that the insurance company was not going to reach me on time. However, they were assisting me 10 minutes later. Best service ever.

Horrible, horrible service. My broker worked with Rimac up until this year, when they decided to switch to Pacifico, and now I am seeing the trouble. Slow service, hidden costs, ridiculous excuses to get out of covering *anything*, never answering the phone, etc. etc. I'm going back to Rimac where they treat you well and the insurance actually covers you.
