ALAR is an institution with several offices in South America and its main goal is to provide an incentive to friendship and cultural exchange between the countries of our continent.
In the Gastronomy branch, ALAR spreads the opportunities of professional studies in Peru in agreement with the Culinary Arts schools of this country helping with entrance procedures and proving assistance to foreign students.
