I think this company provides the best and secure transfers around Lima city. Good drivers and very proffesional.

After calling a couple of the taxi companies listed on Livinginperu, they were the first ones to actually answer.

Professional and polite, but I find them to be a rather expensive option. A round trip from Miraflores to Surco was 50 $US, albeit in a rather large van that could have seated 7-10 people w/o luggage.
