The bar itself is not too bad albeit cramped, but I had a horrible experience dealing with the new administrator of the place.  I tried to establish a complaint with him regarding an incident with one of the waitstaff, and on two occasions he was arrogant and insolent, calling me a liar and being completely dismissive of my claims.  For anyone who appreciates good customer service, this is definitely not the place to frequent.

I enjoy my Saturday Nights in Bartini and as I find in all places you get the service you pay for, it is full of life and a great place to be.
