It was the first time we went there with family, just out of curiosity and not expecting something special.

It was quite a pleasant surprise. Fewer shops than Jockey Plaza, of course, but very clean. The galleries have a nice design, although a glass roof would be better.

On the back side there are several games for kids and a very nice granjita with domestic animals, all of them as clean as it can get and well taken care of. There is also a circus inside the complex.

The only dispiriting thing is the favela-like background on the hill that is facing the commercial centre, but I think it is good that you can find good things even in these neighbourhoods.
