James is one of Peru's best chefs.  Every single plate I've ever tried of him is done exquisitely.  I highly recommend trying out his paellas.  Cheers!

I have been eating James Paellas since three years ago and I consider them to be the best I have tried in years, I have been in Spain and there is no Paella dish that can be compared with the ones James prepare...absolutely !!!
