The most "in" beach during the summer. Entrance is restricted, though it is possible to go to the beaches through some "paths" in between. You can rent houses during the summer. Nearby is Asia Boulevard with different types of restaurants, discotheques and cafes.
Km. 98 Panamericana Sur and further south# Michele Barton says :

Very busy during the summer season.
Closed during winter.
Restarants, bars, discitheques, supermarket, stores, beauty saloon, events and all kind of exhibitions.
Excellent restaurants such as Jose Antonio and Asia de Cuba.

Hi Gustavo & Soledad,
Finally I made it to Asia Boulevard and had found the hotel "Oasis de Asia" located in the boulevard. It is not what I was expecting but in general it was OK. The rooms are next each other and aound a very nice pool. Rates are $160 (american dolars) a day. The Boulevard has a great environment at night and the beaches have it all for you to enjoy. Si Ud necesita mas informacion puede escribirme a manrique_usa@yahoo.com

By my previous comment, I meant to say that it's unacceptable how this "claimed" hotel does not have a website.

Grande Alberto,
Your info is highly appreciated. And about the hotel, it doesn't surprise me at all the fact that they have not web page. That is my Peru, but I love it anyway, specially for its night live at Asia.

Hello there,
I know the Hotel located into the Boulevard of Asia. It's nice. I went to see it last year. But if your are looking for something cheaper, I found the "Las Palmeras de Asia" hotel (www.hotelpalmerasdeasiaperu.com) and it's also very neaur frome de Blvd. Or you can also see the "Asia beach Perú" hotel (www.asiabeachperu.com).
I hope you will enjoy your stay in Perú. And don't forgot to eat a lot. The peruvian food is the best of south America.

The beaches in Asia are pretty awesome. My wife's family has a little place in one of the clubs a quarter-mile south of the open-air mall/boulevard they have there. I don't care too much for the boulevard, it's the same as being here in the states, a lot of materialism. But it is amazing how that place has changed so much in the last few years. Anyways, the beaches are incredible with the little huts with bar service and silky sand. I would highly recommend it to anyone. It is paradise. If I could find decent work in Lima during Dec-March I would live down there just for the weekends in Asia.

Yes watching this Peruvian vacation resort town evolve has been a pleasure to see. Having traveled to all the beach/ vacation towns in Peru this one tops them all as far as modern accommodations. Still Asia has that 3rd world charm with its dirt roads and lack of web based information. Check out playasasia.com. This site promises to be the one top web portal for Asia events, restaurants and resort accommodations. It reads the it will launch by next summer. (to bad it’s not this Peruvian summer) I emailed the contact there and they were quick to respond with information. Check them out. www. playasasia.com .
