This old house property belonged to the family Santa Maria, located 5 minutes from the city of Tarma, in the district of Sacsamarca (Junin), less than 240 km east of Lima.

Staying at the Hacienda Santa Maria is a special experience. An authentic 1700 colonial construction, beautiful flower arrangements and smiles will await you with joy and color.
Our old balconies invite you to enjoy the magnificent open landscape that surrounds us. The architecture of the large house is a clear example of the architectural style of the 18th and 19th century.

Declared a Historical Monument in the 80’s, our antique doors and windows are open to share the magic of our customs and traditions, legends and stories, as well as hands-on workshops and Andean rituals.
