Studio Pilates is a world apart from the usual gym atmosphere. In its calm and serene environment the benefits of Pilates lengthening and strengthening exercises are achieved more quickly by working with specialized equipment, attending either mat or reformer classes or a combination of both, and are set in private or group classes.
