Malabar is undoubtedly one of the best Lima Restaurants. Its owner and chef, Pedro Miguel Schiaffino is a very creative chef and combines a lot of great peruvian produce in innovative dishes. They have a good array of pisco drinks, pasta, seafood, or meat dishes, a lot of tapas that are great for "piqueos" and lovely desserts too. Definitely a must!
