It is quite slow due to the number of clients they handle. In the contract it says that they can deliver just 10% of the speed.

There is only one way to describe Telefonica internet service. THE ULTIMATE WORST. The service gets interupted almost everyday. I use Vonage (VOIP) and because Telefonica'a service goes down so does my phone service.

I guess they do not like the competition.

Quanto tiempo mas necesita esperar la Familia Zoto Teran in Pativilca por la convertu de Internet alta? Ahora son 3 meses de esperar y dodavia no hai nada. Eso servicio de ustedes es muy bajo International.

Porfavor espero una exacto respondido de ustedes con el fecha de trabajo en Pativilca.

Peru is amazing country very exotic and very very American the culture in South America is Hispanic Colony as USA to. In modern times TV. Internet are created one unique mental way to be in a social life and understanding easy because only the lenguage is diferent
By other way is more secure and pacefull than any city in USA.
The criminal index in all country in one year in Peru as the 10%
On compare New York in one day! also the people is very caind with the extrangers most on Americans.
Well in the phone book yellow pages you can see normal as well in any country in the world. many INTERNET services like Satelite phone/inernet wide band brodcasting opoen system free to wireless like my lap top, CLARO have 3G 2000mbps wireless usb for a few dollars, well is only what i see personal.
