CMI INTERNATIONAL was founded by European entrepreneurs in 2002 and then acquired its present name in 2005. It is one of the first companies created to assist expatriates to find modern and elegant apartments or houses in the most prestigious areas of Lima. Ninety five percent of our clients are members of the expatriate community.

They did not respond to numerous calls and messages about apartments their website claims are available.

I do not agree with Julie. Few months ago, I was looking for an apartment. I sent E-mails to Alfredo Graf, Penthouse, Masterhouse and CMI. Only Tom Meunier from CMI answered my questions. From the others, I never received an answer...!
