The Miraflores branch seems to be ok.
The place is cleaner than other banks in Lima.
They have tellers and managers whom speak English.
They seem to offer better service than most of the other banks in Lima.
They seem to be friendly to tourists and non-Peruvians there.
I reccommend using this bank.
