Banco Credito is probably the WORST bank in Peru.

The staff are often untrained and lack language skills for nonspanish transactions.

To cash a simple travellers check will require more paperwork than other banks and often the tellers will have to ask the manager what to do or call someone on the phone. 

Furthermore, roberies at some of the branch locations have been brutal and bloody.  Sadly there is little security at the branch locations.

I would reccomend avoiding this bank if at all possible.
