Last night i went to this restaurant with 7 friends, we had reserved a table, when we got there, there was one chair missing, this took 10 minutes to arrive. there were no napkins on the table either. Finally, drinks arrived and were nice. some of us had a starter, at least that was what they were called on the menu. when they arrived, they were more like a small snack. When the main courses arrived, one was wrong and we were told it would be replaced in 8 minutes. I had Ossobuco, and it was the worst i have had in my 4 years of being in Lima. the meat was like chewing gum. when i complained, the dish was just taken away from me, with no apology and i wasn't asked if i would like something else. 15 minutes later they brought the same dish back, which i promptly refused, please bear in mind, the other person is still waiting for his main course. Finally his main course arrived after waiting 25 minutes. Of course everyone else had finished. this was refused and sent back. I have eaten in all of the best restaurants in Lima and i am a chef from London, England.  If i served food like that and my waiting staff were as bad as these were, i would be out of business in a week. This is not a cheap restaurant, and in my opinion, is the worst eating experience i have had in Lima. I shall never recommend this restaurant to anyone and will never go there again. i will also make sure that i make my comments clear on as many websites and guides as possible. Lima has an excellent reputation for food and restaurants and i think people should know when, in my opinion, this restaurant is no where near the standard that the prices on the menu, suggest it is.
