Having dined here for over 25 years, I sadly confess that the Granja has progressed downhill. It is still rather complicated to get there, just follow the signs and be sure your car has good springs on the rocky roads! Please call first to see if it is OPEN for business, they seem to close now at 5 PM! Although chicken --all you can eat style---( and the famous anticucho de pollo (hearts) is delicious, there are meat choices too. The Sunday crowd is quite loud since is doubles as a recreational camp for families with many children. The drinks are served in speciality glasses, the lounge is quaint and cozy... prices vary, nice for tourists!
If closed, the dining area at the Pueblo Hotel is nice, outside tables and fabluous for fotos! BE sure to call the Granja before you venture out to Santa Clara. Good luck and bon apetito!
