My name is Janett Mejía. I am bilingual Spanish-English. I have physiotherapy studies and I have taken massage courses. I have belonged by several years to International Institution Spiritual-Cultural practicing and studying yoga, meditation, holistic education, hermetic sciences, practical psychology, natural life, natural medicine, etc.

I work as a Massage Therapist since 2005. I find my work very full filling and rewarding, having the ability to help people realign their personal energy to alleviate their stress, discomfort or illness.

Complementary therapies are used alongside orthodox treatments to assist the body to heal itself. The body can become out of balance due to stress, pain or illness and often requires a helping hand to return to former health and vitality.

I am proficient in the following techniques: Shiatsu, Relax Massage and Foot Reflexology. Which I carry out at my home office in Maranga - San Miguel but also I am ready to assist at your home.

In home treatments prevent the further stress of commuting and parking along with other aggravations. Being treated in-home also means you need to set aside less time for the treatment. This goes a long way to maximizing the level of relaxation you will achieve afterwards.

In the past 8 weeks I had Janett coming over to my office to give me a 1½ hour massage, which I enjoy so much. For me it is all about getting rid of the stress provides by my work, the traffic here in Lima and sometimes my kids, because no matter how I plan my life, I  do get stressed. 6 years ago I promised myself I would do my best to manage my stress, among others by getting a weekly massage, and the massage Janett provides me with makes me forget about daily challenges and relax. I can only give her my best recommendations and I’m sure you’ll enjoy her work too. Carsten Korch

I am now a fan of shiatsu! Janett is professional, thorough in her work, calm, and well studies in her profession. I experience release and change in my spin right away.  My lower back and neck have more movement; I feel the increased blood flow. I recommend both shiatsu and reflexology at the same time. I give Janet my top recommendation!

I was in Lima on business and my back and shoulders became aggravated due to travelling.  Janett's massage therapy reduced the pain and discomfort, allowing me to focus on my work.  I would have used her services more had I more time in my busy schedule, especially as her fees are very affordable for foreign visitors.  I recommend Janett to anyone wanting a very thorough and professional massage.

Janett comes to my home twice weekly for both shiatsu massage and reflexology treatments. The quality of both is excellent - it is clear that she is well educated and knowledgeable in both anatomy and acupressure. While she is the consummate professional, her demeanor is both relaxed and comfortable. Her prices are affordable (hence my two treatments per week) and she never rushes or cuts corners - you receive her full attention for your allotted time. I would recommend her services to anyone interested in the therapeutic benefits of acupressure-based touch therapy or just an enjoyable massage experience.

Janett met me and my fiancee at our hotel promptly at the time of the appointment.  She was very professional and we enjoyed her services greatly.  We would definitely recommend her.
