I think that Club Tennis Las Terrazas in Miraflores is a great Club,  the location is right in the Malcon 28 of July, the best Hotels and Hostals are in this City, it has great restaurants and walking distance to the Avenida Larco where you can find all kind of merchants for clothes and almost all you can need.  Is the only Club with 10 individual tennis courts and that is something you do not find almost in any other place in the world.
The courts are made of red clay, just like in Roland Garros (French Open).
Should I add anything else?  The people are very friendly and a lot of the players speak English if you ask them to, a little rusty but enough to make conversation, and they will invite you to play.
Try it and you will not regret it.
