Just recently my brother almost died there for lack of medical expertize and lack of proper equipment.

Could you plase explain exactly what happened to your brother and
how he was not properly taken care at the clinic? I am asking you this
question because we know of several people who are currently enrolled
in their insurance program and would like to make sure that they are
going to be treated in a professional manner. Thanks.
