The Asociación de Hogares Nuevo Futuro Perú, was founded on March 21st, 1995 and up until the month of May, 2007 has provided shelter for hundreds of children.
The association has an excellent record of not only helping children in need but also reuniting them with their families and finding adoptive families for them.

The association lovingly takes in abandoned children and provides them with a family environment that will permit their overall development and meet their bio-psycho-social and spiritual needs.
This extraordinary association has five Homes operating in Peru. The first is located in the district of Villa El Salvador and aids children between the ages of 3 and 13. An integral program to take care of the children has been established, providing a mother figure present at all times and an educator that helps with the children's formation and at the same time acts as a father figure.
This home was built thanks to the funds raised at various Market Fairs in Peru and a contribution from the Telefónica Foundation.
The association also has a home in Comas and three in La Molina. The construction and operation of these homes is thanks to donations made by various individuals, families, private companies and organizations which all contribute to this grand effort.
The Asociación de Hogares Nuevo Futuro Perú holds an annual event in which everyone that wishes to contribute to this generous and important mission can do so.
El Rastrillo is the annual event held to raise the funds needed to reach the goals the association sets for itself every year.
This year the event is to be held at the Jockey Plaza Convention Center and involves the participation of the embassies, friendly institutions and individuals, who, for four days, put on sale a variety of products such as: antiques, works of art, garments and a variety of other items.
There are also toys for the children, a Tombola, a Bargain Room and a full-time cafeteria. All this is made more pleasant by a variety of free spectacles. A percentage of the sales goes to the institution.
This years
El Rastrillo will be held from Thursday September 6 - Sunday September 9 and will include events open to the public and free of charge. Events include live musical presentations, concerts, dance shows, ballet, tap dance, orchestras, magic shows, fashion shows and much much more.
