Last but definitely not least in our books are the paletas, also known as popsicles. These body coolers on a stick can be made at home using Peruvian superfoods to make it even healthier. Check out some recipes like Pineapple Lucuma Paleta, Chicha morada and Greek yogurt-based paletas that our friend and healthy food guru, Manuel Villacorta, shared with us.
Have a great summer and stay cool!
