1. You forgot to add what to do with the lemon and the fish. 
 
2. I'm not sure if you should say "You wash the lettuce leaves and remove any brown parts by hand" Maybe it should say pick the best leaves from the head of letuce. Most people don't buy lettuce with brown parts.
