This dish is delicious, but with this recipe you can not get good results because we can not understand what "stock",what "cream" what "reduce" mean? So... We never can get good results. Be more precise with the details and everybody can understand

Maybe a full-time chef can understand these instructions, but no one else. What is S/P? Slash and plop? Stab and pinch? Soak and pickle? Come on, chef's, help out the poor family chef.
