National Pisco Contest

Our traditional National Pisco Contest took place the third week of this past November. In previous years, the contest has always taken place at the Jockey Plaza Convention Center, however this year, the location was changed and moved south to the city of Ica.

Even though many well known brands were missing this year, the results were very promising and many new and smaller, less commercial brands were able to take home top prizes. Another innovation was that this year only the top three places were given prizes, something that has not been done before. Sometimes, in the past, we saw up to three gold medals per category.

Following I’m sending you the results of the winners of this year’s National Contest, and I hope to present them all to you, right here, throughout this coming year. Also, as you can see, I’ve listed all their telephone numbers as well as the contact persons should any of you be curious and wish to purchase any of these brands.
