Hans’ Picks - Top four bars serving Pisco

Once again its time to refresh our list of great places serving interesting cocktails with Pisco.  Here are 4 places we recent visited, all with very different styles to suit a variety of tastes.  Each of these places has graciously offered to share with us their recipes for their favorite creations with Pisco, which we will publish in the next few weeks.  This week look for the Cala Martini.

A neighborhood tavern specializing in Pisco. A lot of history and tall tales as well a Musica Criolla Peña every Friday night at 11pm. A place to enjoy your Pisco and sing along.
