Hans’ Picks - Top four Cevicherias serving Pisco

Once again, its time to update our list of great places serving great cocktails with Pisco.
Here are 4 “Cevicherias” we recently visited. Aside from their delicious Ceviche and fish, they all serve cocktails with Pisco.

I've only been to La Red on this list.  It's a bit of a traditional cevicheria (along with the plastic tables/chairs and casual atmosphere).  The food was all great.  But obviously the decor/environment is very Peruvian and not very stylish/attractive/clean/new/trendy/etc.  It's on a fairly non-descript street that you wouldn't want to walk down at night.  Safe enough for lunch though.
