Puré de Garbanzo / Hummus

Ingredients
  2 cups cooked garbanzo beans
1/3 cup tahini (sesame seed paste)
2 cloves of garlic
2 Tbsp lime or lemon juice
1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
3-4 Tbsp water
dash of hot sauce (optional)
¼ cup olive oil

Preparation
In a food processor, combine beans, tahini, garlic, lime or lemon juice, salt and water. Blend together. While blending, slowly pour in olive oil. Puree until smooth. Chill before serving.
