Ingredients

100 gr. Flour
1 gr. Baking powder
2 egg yolks
5 gr. Butter
5 gr. Sugar
1 gr. Salt
15 ml. pisco
Oil for frying
Dulce de leche for stuffing
Powder sugar for garnished

Preparation

Mix the flour and baking powder then add egg yolks, butter, sugar, salt and pisco, mixed like you making bread and a put in a cookie sheet and spread for about 1/8 inch thick.
Cut 2 by 2 inches, then wet two points with a little water and roll like a canoli, fry in deep pan with oil at 300 *F, then placed in a paper towel for taking the excess oil, stuffed with the dulce de leche and powder sugar.
