Seafood Salad by Felix Picasso

Ingredients
25 gr fresh octopus sliced
25 gr fresh scallops sliced
25 gr calamari sliced
25 gr fresh shrimp
20 gr onions julienne
1 bunch basil julienne
½ unit bunch of parsley chopped
20 ml olive oil
2 unit lemon juice
5 ml white vinegar
Salt and pepper to your taste
1/2 stalk of celery julienne
Preparation
Boiled all the seafood and let them cool, except the octopus you can buy it cooked at the oriental market.
In a bowl mix the seafood with the vegetables seasoned with oil, lemon, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Serve in a plate with lettuce on the bottom and garnish with slices seedless tomato.
