Peruvian Potato Cake with Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

3/4 kg yellow potato
Juice of one lime
50 gr yellow chili sauce
25 ml vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste
2 unit. chicken breast
60 gr. mayonnaise
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 romaine lettuce
4 unit quail egg or one regular egg

Preparation

Boiled the potato, then peel and press to a sieve twice and lend it cool down until is easy to handle
Boiled the chicken breast, then chop the chicken like for salad, the mixed with mayonnaise, the Worcestershire sauce and adjust salt and pepper.

Add to the mash potato the yellow chili sauce, lime juice and the oil, and mix well.

Built in a source flat as a kind of sandwich, put potato below, chicken in the middle and potato on the top.

Decorated with half quail egg and olive, put the lettuce around the plate.
