Chupe de Camarones / Shrimp Stew

Ingredients:


30 gr. corn
30 gr. green beans
37 gr. Feta cheese
20 gr. onion
5 gr. Peel garlic
30 gr. Green peas
50 gr. Potato
412 gr. Medium Shrimp
30 gr. Tomato
125 ml shrimp broth
3 gr. Salt
3 gr. white pepper
2 unit. Fried quail egg
50 ml. Milk cream
20 ml. oil
10 gr. panka chili
5 gr. mint
5 gr. dried oregano
5 gr. cilantro
5 gr. black mint

Preparation:

Fried the onions, garlic, tomatoes, panka chili in a pot with oil until caramelized.
Pre cook the broad beans, the shrimp, green peas, corn and potatoes.
Add the shrimp broth and let it simmer for 5 minutes, then add the shrimp, broad beans, green peas, corn, feta cheese, milk cream, dried oregano, potato and

the black mint and leave cooking until the potatoes done.
Then add the shrimp and feta cheese and cook it for 5 minutes.
For serve use a bowl and place all the stew on it, garnish with the fried quail egg and cilantro
