Ceviche de Mango y Curry / Mango Curry Ceviche

Ingredients
½ pound (450 grams) flounder (lenguado) sliced thin
1 cup mango sliced
1 Ají amarillo minced
1 garlic crushed
1 cup onions sliced very thin
Juice of 4 limes
1 tsp curry
1 Tbsp. mango puree
Salt
¼ cup celery
Lettuce-Boston Bib

Preparation
Mix all ingredients together, except for the lettuce. Let macerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour in the refrigerator. Stir before serving
