Melón con Jamón / Cantaloupe with Proscuitto

Ingredients
1 medium ripe cantaloupe
Proscuitto slices

Preparation
Skin cantaloupe before slicing. Cut skinned melon in half. Remove seeds from both halves. Slice each half into 6-8 slices. Wrap one proscuitto slice around the center of each cantaloupe slice.
