Mayonesa con Limón y Albahaca / Basil Lemon or Lime Mayonnaise

Ingredients
3 egg yolks
1 ½ tsp Dijon mustard
2 clove garlic crushed minced
1 Tbsp. lemon or lime juice
¼ cup of minced basil
start with 1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Preparation
Place yolks in a bowl and cream them with a whisk. Add the mustard, lemon or lime juice and garlic. Continue mixing very well as you slowly pour the oil in. When finished, stir in the basil. Adjust the salt.
