Conchitas a la parmesana / Gratinated parmesan scallops

Ingredients

Scallops
Lemon juice
Salt
Butter
Oxapampa parmesan cheese
Lemon wedges
Mix lettuce

Preparation

Clean scallops and and place them back in shell
Add salt, lemon juice, parmesan cheese, and butter
Place them on the salamander to gratinate

To plate place a small amount of mix lettuce in middle of plate with lemon wedges on each side. Then place the gratinated scallops in a circle around the plate
