Pescado a lo macho / Peruvian style fish

Ingredients

Fillet of white fish
Mixed seafood
Cream of aji Amarillo (yellow chili)
Heavy cream
Cilantro
White rice
stock

Preparation

S/P fish and grill.  In a hot pan, sear off seafood and remove.  In the same pan, add some cream, stock, cream of aji and reduce.  Add seafood to the reduccion and chopped cilantro. 
to serve place fish on side of plate with seafood and sauce over the fish.  Serve with rice.
